Buyers can use the BCS Auction Portal to view upcoming auctions and consignments. Consignors can also submit cattle for an upcoming online video sale through the portal.

Online through DV Auction or in person at Beaver County Stockyards.
CATTLE SHIP DIRECTLY
Cattle are shipped directly
from the seller's location
to the buyer at delivery time.
Reduced Stress & Better Cattle Health
After the time of delivery, cattle are shipped directly from the seller’s location to the buyer. They do not have to be transported to the stockyards, unloaded, sorted through the sale facility and reloaded.
Reducing the amount of transportation, handling and time spent in unfamiliar facilities can help lower stress and support better cattle health during the transition from the seller to the buyer.
How to consign cattle
1. Consignors may begin the process through the BCS Auction Portal.
2. Call Beaver County Stockyards at 580-625-3051 to complete and confirm the consignment.
3. A BCS field representative will work with the consignor to establish the sale and delivery terms for each lot.
Individual Lot Terms
Every consignment is different. A Beaver County Stockyards field representative will work directly with the consignor to establish all sale and delivery terms. These terms include:
Base weight
Estimated delivery weight
Delivery window
Slide
Whether the slide applies one way or both ways
Weight stop
Shrink
Weighing conditions
Health program
Management information
Other terms specific to the consignment
The seller establishes the base weight for the expected day of delivery.
Weight stops and slides are negotiated according to the needs of the individual consignment.
Trucking & Final Settlement

Buyer’s trucks weigh at a certified weigh station.
